Terms of Service

These terms apply when teams use Discovery to research and qualify accounts, then move those accounts into Outbound for activation, campaigns, replies, and handoff.

Multify (the "Service") is an AI-assisted Outbound operating system that helps users discover buying signals, score ICP fit, activate CRM and first-party contacts, generate campaign drafts and reply suggestions, and manage Outbound execution and handoff.

Registration

To use the Service, you must register by creating an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you input into the platform and for all activity on your account.

Credit system

Multify uses credits for actions such as signal scanning, enrichment, campaign generation and other Outbound workflow operations. Credits may be included in subscriptions or purchased as standalone packs.

AI Core plan

AI Core provides monthly credits and access to the Outbound workspace, ICP context, campaign execution features and premium AI capabilities. Monthly AI Core subscriptions include a 7-day guarantee on the first monthly payment.

Billing

Subscriptions are managed and billed by Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you agree to Stripe's payment terms. Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's Customer Portal, accessible from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For monthly AI Core subscriptions only, you may request a refund of the first monthly charge within 7 calendar days of the initial charge. The guarantee applies once per customer or workspace and does not apply to renewals, annual plans, credit packs, services, taxes or partial subscription periods.

Your ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights to the original content you input into the Service.

Our license

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, modify and transmit your content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service for you. This includes sending your content for processing by AI models.

Generated content

Content generated by the platform is your property and you may use it freely. Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be completely unique. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that generated content meets your needs and complies with the policies of the platforms where it will be published.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Input any illegal, hateful, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• •Attempt to bypass the usage limits of your plan.
• •Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or overload the Service.
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Technical limitations

• •Outbound workflow actions may consume credits according to scan, enrichment, generation or execution volume
• •Processing time may vary from seconds to minutes depending on platform availability and demand
• •Monthly quotas and feature availability depend on the selected plan

AI limitations

• •AI-generated campaign drafts, replies, scoring and recommendations may require human review
• •Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific results, response rates or uniqueness
• •AI may not perfectly interpret every signal, profile, contact or business context
• •Generated Outbound content should be reviewed before sending or publishing

Availability

• •The Service may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance
• •Queue wait time may vary according to demand
• •We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• •Premium features are exclusive to Pro subscribers

The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your expectations. In no event shall we be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
